Homeschool ICU
Terms of Service
Last updated September 3, 2026. These terms apply to Homeschool ICU’s personalized homeschool consulting services and customized deliverables.
Consulting relationship
Homeschool ICU provides personalized planning, research, organization, and consultation based on information supplied by the family. The parent or legal guardian remains responsible for educational choices, instruction, legal compliance, and day-to-day use of the plan.
Service scope
Your selected tier, included learners, consultations, milestones, deliverables, and approved adjustments are confirmed in your service agreement. Customized planners, roadmaps, calendars, reports, and related materials are deliverables of the consulting service—not mass-produced school products.
Milestone payments
For Tiers A–C, the approved total is normally divided into 30% to begin Share & Talk, 40% before Build, and 30% before Understand & Deliver. Work may pause until the next milestone is paid. Your signed agreement controls if it states different terms.
Family information and review
Accurate planning depends on complete family information. Families review important dates, curriculum details, schedules, learner information, and final recommendations before approval.
AI-assisted organization
Private tools may assist Sara in organizing family-provided information and drafting internal working materials. Sara reviews the work before delivery. These tools do not diagnose learners or provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.
No guaranteed outcome
Homeschool ICU cannot guarantee academic results, grade placement, legal compliance, or a particular family outcome. Recommendations support parent decision-making and do not replace qualified advice.
