Starwoven Willow
Last updated June 15, 2026. Homeschool ICU uses family information to create, store, deliver, and support the planning tools families request.
We may collect parent contact information, account login details, student first name or display name, grade/age, school-year details, curriculum entries, table-of-contents notes or upload references, schedule information, purchase records, download records, and support messages.
We use this information to build forecasts, approved blueprints, Lifeline PDFs, Circle access, member resources, support history, account access, purchase records, email delivery, and dashboard downloads.
When AI-assisted tools are used, they help structure information families provide, such as curriculum names or table-of-contents text. Parents must review and approve curriculum cards before they are used in a Lifeline. Homeschool ICU does not use AI to diagnose children or promise academic outcomes.
Child information is protected. Public Starweavers areas should use generated display names only, not real names, birthdates, email addresses, locations, or school information. Starweavers is designed to avoid public child profiles and open child-to-child messaging.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Homeschool ICU does not store full card numbers. Transactional emails may be sent through email providers used by Starwoven Willow to deliver verification, password reset, purchase, support, and Lifeline messages.
Parents may contact support to ask about account access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Some purchase, tax, security, or delivery records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
