Last updated September 3, 2026. Family information is collected only to answer inquiries, provide consulting services, process payments, and deliver requested work.
How information is used
Information is used to review the family’s situation, prepare consultations, build customized planning materials, communicate about the service, maintain the private client record, and meet recordkeeping needs.
Private AI-assisted work
AI-assisted tools may help organize planning answers and draft internal reports. Identifying information is limited when information moves between tools, and Sara reviews work before final delivery.
Payments and third parties
Stripe processes service payments; Homeschool ICU does not store full card numbers. Tier A families may use Notion for an adjustable calendar and pay Notion directly. Email, hosting, and document providers process limited information needed to provide their services.
Learner privacy
Learner information belongs in the family’s private record and is not published as public website content. Parents should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information unless Sara specifically requests it for the service.
Access, correction, and deletion
Parents may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Certain payment, tax, agreement, security, or delivery records may be retained when reasonably required.
