We want families to feel cared for and clear before they purchase. Homeschool ICU creates custom digital planning materials, so refunds depend on where you are in the process.
A Lifeline is a custom digital planning service built from the schedule, curriculum, commitments, and blueprint your family approves.
If you have paid but have not yet approved your blueprint or generated/downloaded your Lifeline PDF, you may request a refund.
Once a Lifeline PDF has been generated or downloaded, refunds are generally not available because the custom work has been delivered.
If a technical issue prevents access or delivery, Starwoven Willow will work to fix the issue. When a fix is not practical or appropriate, we may offer a refund.
Circle Membership may be canceled anytime. Refunds are not guaranteed after digital resources, member content, or membership benefits have been accessed.
We know real life happens. Special situations can be reviewed manually and handled with care.
Additional Lifelines follow the same refund rules as the main Lifeline purchase.
