Before work begins
If you need to cancel before Sara begins the paid phase, contact Homeschool ICU promptly. Any approved refund is handled according to the signed agreement and payment-processing rules.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated September 3, 2026. Homeschool ICU is a customized consulting service completed in milestones. The agreement provided before payment contains the terms for your specific engagement.
Work already started or completed
Payments for consultation, review, research, custom planning, or another phase already begun or completed are generally not refundable because that professional time and customized work have been provided.
Future milestones
A future milestone is not charged until that phase is ready to begin. If service ends early, unpaid future phases are not delivered. Exceptions are reviewed against the signed agreement and work already completed.
Technical delivery problems
If a paid deliverable cannot be opened or accessed, contact us so the file or access problem can be corrected.
